A special cheer for your good health this 2009 and beyond!  My intention going into this year was to learn more about getting healthy when sick & staying healthy. ‘Cuz with a toddler and 3 stepkids there always seemed to be something going on! As a result, this year’s intention is leading me on an amazing journey.

Some highlights were that I discovered the power of raw garlic to kick viruses & infections; a natural solution for rosacea, and most importantly, I watched the family become happier by eliminating artificial colors, preservatives & flavorings from the food we ate! No small task considering how pervasive those chemical additives are. And I’m starting to see that the more I learn, the more there is to learn! A fascinating journey to be sure!
