Public Projects
Acknowledging donors. Lettering on walls or chalkboards. Creating a public sculpture. We all have messages we need to get across.
Here, I’m lettering on the soffits of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bethel, Connecticut. The length of the writing area is 120′ and features two Bible verses, Luke 10:27 and Micah 6:9. I lettered from a scaffold. The copperplate-styled letters are edged with gold and flourishes fill the remaining spaces.
