”Hope is flowing like a river”, is a line from a song by Carey Landry that I used as a lullaby for the kids when they were little. Lately, I realized I especially needed this message. A daily dose of hope helps keep discouragement and apathy at bay!

For me, hope opens the door to possibilities and action. Plus, hope fosters vision—the ability to see how many are working hard to bring more love into this crazy world.

Thanks to all those fighting for justice, planet, equity, inclusion, health, love, compassion. You are part of the river that brings hope and supports me in taking action too.
